Part Time CFO Controller

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Forecast future financial performance and prepare budgets to guide the company's financial planning
  • Prepare and review detailed financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze financial statements to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present financial data and insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions.

Cash Flow Management

  • Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity.
  • Develop strategies to optimize working capital and reduce financial risks.
  • Implement effective cash management policies and procedures.

Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Lead the budgeting process, working with department heads to set achievable targets.
  • Create and maintain financial models to predict future performance and guide business strategy.
  • Adjust forecasts based on updated financial data and changing market conditions.

Risk Management and Compliance

  • Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls to protect company assets and prevent fraud.

Cost Management

Analyze and control operational costs to enhance profitability.
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure cost savings.
Implement cost-effective financial practices across the organization.

  • Expertise in Financial Management: Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading finance teams and working with executive leadership.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong skills in interpreting complex financial data and providing actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Effective in conveying financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Capable of quickly adapting to new environments and managing multiple projects.
  • Technological Proficiency: Proficiency with financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and Excel.
